Frustrated that I had problems with Desktop version in 2024 so I purchased online version in 2025 and then found out that it does not handle multiple returns so I had to yet again purchase both the desktop version AND the online version.

Easy to use, been using since 2022. Saved me money and time doing both Federal and State taxes. Gives me piece of mind knowing my taxes are done accurately. Will continue to use in the future.

The handling of 1099-Q's from 529 distributions is awful. It didn't automatically ask about offsetting expenses and wanted to consider the entire distribution taxable. Overall the whole product feels like they cut corners this year.

We've used TurboTax for decades, and no doubt will continue to do so for more! The interface is always a source of helpful reminders. The features and guidance make doing our own taxes simple, fast, affordable, and accurate.

Turbo tax makes all the tax calculations and submissions easy. Unfortunately, the module It's Deductible was not present this year and th impacted ho I had to handle my contri.butions. I really miss that module.

Overall guidance is good. I became confused how to enter a 2025 Social Security Government Pension Offset payment and Turbo Tax didn't clearly explain this situation. I had to call Turbo Tax Help and get guidance from one of the product assistants.

Many inefficiencies this year, repetitive questions. For instance why not ask overall for investments if any straddles, etc. If not done, if so can choose which ones it applies to. In prior years I would have given a 4 star rating.

I have never had a tax return completed in Turbo Tax questioned. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I don't remember when I first filed with turbo tax.

Turbo Tax does not do a good job on Required Minimum Distributions and Qualified Charitable Distributions. Both need to be part of the walk-through menus.
