No longer have Its Deductible with your software. I will be shopping for new software next year. I have used Its Deductible for the last 10 plus years. Would have been nice to know when purchasing the software that it is not longer included.

I was very pleased with TurboTax. I did speak to an expert about some questions that I had and she was very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with her guidance concerning the questions that I had.

I have used Turbotax for years and as I get older (78) the best feature you could provide would be scaleable fonts. It would be a friendlier process if I could enlarge the fonts.

I love using turbo tax because it is easy for me to walk through the steps of filing my taxes. I do have some experience with filing taxes, so this is an easy interface to work with. This is my go to program.

Overall quite pleased but for the second time in two years it goes into a loop I cant get out of when doing state return review. I basically have to just file without the last state review which shouldnt be a problem but still aggravating.

I find it interesting after doing our joint taxes as well as 2 of our kids it says that we have hit the limit of 5 returns. By my count that is three.

Estimated Tax steps - Need to allow for existing tax withholding other than W2. We had MRD withholding. Had to enter as W2 withholding and it somehow distorted the estimated tax owed for quarterly payments

Shame on you, TurboTax for charging a $45 fee to download a second state, and then, still charging $25 more dollars to actually e-file that second state! I should have bought a stamp!

I could not pay with a CC to efile. I had to have it deducted for an extra $40.00 . I keep getting an error that something went wrong. I found on the TT community hundreds of other people have the same problem. I want my $40.00 back.

Two of the returns filed through TurboTax were reviewed and determined incorrect. IRS adjusted the return amount. I cannot determine where the flaw is in TurboTax.
