Intuit/Turbotax is providing false advertising: you advertise that federal tax filing is free and yet I was charged $60. My federal tax schedule indicates a refund $2437. I actually received $$2377. Explain???

Intuit is a company and turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes more complicated, and removes free filing options, so you keep paying them to file your taxes .

License code did not appear when downloading software from your website. Person who assisted was very knowledgeable and able to correct the issue. Product was very easy to use.

A few glitches in the program, otherwise it makes doing taxes easy. Would like a list of suggested forms and information that could be used to help the preparer gather information needed before sitting down to complete the tax return.

Its good, but not great. Some of the items, I was unable to edit via the step-by-step and had to go through the forms and edit manually by overriding. Not an improvement.

Disappointed that TurboTax still allows you to select Refund by Mail as an option on the Federal Return, while the IRS only does Direct Deposit. How did you guy miss that??????

I have been using TurboTax for years without any issues, it is easy to use and walks you through everything. We previously had used an accountant for our taxes which was not any more beneficial than using TurboTax and cost more.

I have used Turbo Tax to file my Tax Return for many years. But this year, 2025, it was much easier to complete my job. Looks like Turbo Tax was significantly improved. Tank you

The software in some areas require better EXPLANATION...1099R selections, especially with state entries regarding type. INITIAL SUBMISSION REJECTED...A TAX ID NO. ENTERED INCORRECTLY. CORRECTED, RESUBMITTED.
