Federal software is fine but AGAIN the State e-filing is screwed up. It will not go into the credit card payment area. This happened last year and looking at HELP topics in the TTax community, it has been happening for several years.

Billing issue again to pay your annoyance fees at end. Failed me on Foreign Tax credit and missed several deductions. Also require me to type in socials, routing number, etc that i already have. Wake up!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time Since about 1994 on 5.5 inch floppy. This version was the worst so far. It was much more confusing than any other year. It got the job done, but it took me much longer than other years.

License code did not appear when downloading software from your website. Person who assisted was very knowledgeable and able to correct the issue. Product was very easy to use.

Generally I find Turbo Tax easy to use, but do find navigation to specific parts of the return not as intuitive as it could be since I use the product but once a year.

Some things are hard to search for when trying to determine information. Some portions are not simple to follow in particular if not something just normal.

I completed filing, but when I printed the forms they did not print in the same format as in previous years, I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years, first time I've been unable to look over and fully understand the format.

Would be nice if desktop version once submitted has previous years available on the online submissions. Changed computers and took some doing to find it.

I did engage with a live expert, and before she could help me, the phone was disconnected. I did not get a call back and my number had been made available to her. Please keep the desktop versions available.

Appreciate the question format. Seems easy to input data and complete. Audit of data is valuable. as is the transfer of info to state return. Miss the ability to switch between input view and the tax forms.
