advice and instructions are sometimes hard to get online and in a timely manner hate the fact that i can't finish my taxes without filling out your survay

The pop up windows that provide additional information is small and can't be sized for easier reading. Also, some of the explanations were not clear, although they appear to provide an answer for someone with background knowledge.

Easier to use with every year, as I've been using Turbo Tax over the past 40+ years. Yet, the charitable deductions value assessment seems more difficult than in the past with "It's deductible".

Generally good except for avoiding a charge for an audit is difficult. How to avoid the charge at the end of the process is not clear. The program should provide boxes to check off to avoid the charge.

We've used TurboTax for years, and we're thoroughly satisfied. The program walks one through all of the issues to consider for filing taxes. The interface is not only useful but friendly.

Used TurboTax for years. This year it seemed a little more complicated. You keep trying to sell addons. I could go to a CPA if I wanted to spend that much.

i LIKE THE WAY YOU COPY DATA FROM PRIOR RETURNS. HELPFUL TO SHOW PREIOUS ENTRIES TO COMPARE WITH CURRENT ENTRIES. DON'T KNOW WHY PROGRAM WANTED ME TO FILE A WA STATE RETURN WHEN YOU KNOW WA STATE DOES NOT REQUIRE ONE - YET.
