My daughter worked as a contract worker this year and received a 1099_NEC tax form. Program did not guide me through the steps to report her income correctly. It was very difficult to get through the inputs.

Very Poor Product this year. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and while the number of times trying to bill for a service has expanded each year the standard intuitive product has been ignored.

System-generated erroneous information that had to be corrected manually when importing previous tax year information from the Windows 10 version of TurboTax.

I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return

Easy to fill out, clear explanations, Accurate when compared with the IRS tax tables and instructions for special situations like qualified dividends and added deduction for filing seniors.

I have used Turbo Tax to file my taxes for many years and I have always been very pleased with the ease of use and the accuracy of the software. Not to mention the way it guides you through all of the possible items needed on your return

My experience was very good. The only suggestion that I have is to have a separate section for entering 1099B's rather than combining them with dividends and interest.

Efficient in relaying information to me, very kind, patient and helpful. You ask for too much praise here at the end of filing. How many times do we have to say thank you?

TurboTax 2025 was not as straight forward as previous years. There was more detail included without explanations for what to do about the details. Also, felt trapped into trying to e-file for my state. Georgia does not accept e-file.

Overall very good experience, however some questions have ambiguous wording. Had to read multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what wa being asked.
