Had trouble with the check box for type of form... wound up in a loop. otherwise, downloaded 1099's etc lacked information and I had to fill in blank information to get past final checks.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years now but sometime i ran into some section that is hard for me to understand but i keep coming back to Turbo Tax because i want to get better at it.

TurboTax has been the easiest way to file for many years. It saves so much time transferring data and the interface is clean and easy to understand. The accuracy is extremely reassuring.

I think I clicked too fast and missed the Social Security input but I backed up and found the calculation worksheet which automatically updated the 1040. This is my 4th year with Turbo tax. It's great.

Today was better than yesterday (did Mom's return) but if this is your new AI led service go back to the old way. At least today the system did not get stuck on questions and not move forward. Still felt glitchy.

The 2025 tax filing experience was one of worst that we had had in using the Turbo Tax desktop product. There were problems throughout the entering of information and the e-filing process exhausting and frustrating!

Would be nice if desktop version once submitted has previous years available on the online submissions. Changed computers and took some doing to find it.

IT WAS EASY, EXCEPT FOR NEEDING A BUSINESS NAME WHEN THERE ISN'T ONE AND I COULDN'T E-FILE UNTIL I PUR SOMETHING IN THE BOX. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "IF NO BUSINESS NAME LEAVE BLANK"

Each time I opened the program, it took 3 to 5 minutes to update. Plus, in WA there are no State income tax. So don't need to update every time opening up program. Suggest updating when actually filing before last send.

Been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. Makes doing mine and my daughter's tax returns a whole lot easier and makes me feel very confident that it's done accurately and that we're getting the maximum refund possible!!
