I'm not sure the page format change is for the better. A long time user of TurboTax I was thrown off by the new format and frustrated over not having the familiar look and feel.

you help info is terrible. Turbotax can not tell me how to file my state tax return after my federal tax return was accepted. I have to call in. Why do you rely on phone support for such basic questions.

This is a great tool for doing taxes. I have been using it for many years and prefer the download option. I have not used the expert connection, but I appreciate that it is an option and will consider using it in the future if needed.

Felt that the walk through feature with the ability to return to particular entries was a huge benefit. The ability to see explanations on pop-up screens while remaining in the return was very easy.f
