washington dont have state tax stil software kept deniying transfer refund saying e file cant be done. poor experience until i found i had to remove that option from file.

It is very difficult to navigate. Especially when you have unique situations or need to quickly find out information. It seems they are trying to push their paid services.

only problem is for people that have more than one IRA account. It would be better to ask what the total RMD is for ALL accounts rather on on each 1099. That way amount isn't doubled or tripled depending on how many accounts one person has.

TurboTax is a good product. But the intrusive attempts to get the desktop user to switch to the online tool are annoying, even disruptive when working on the actual return.

The push ad that advocated using the online version of TurboTax was misleading. Made me believe that State Filing was free but was still trying to be charged for e-file for state. Never will fall for that again!!!

Turbotax was as usual excellent. I did have trouble with the topic-y-topic not working well but when I went to "forms" everything worked out great. Especially like the improvement in paying for the state tax return to be sent.

I got behind in my returns and couldn't figure out how to file for past years. Buying the software for turbo tax made it possible for me to continue to file myself and still get a return!

The worse experience i ever had with Turbo tax, it is so bad that it didn't allow to file electronically and neither by mail. not even the address to mail the return!

I am trying to e-file my return. It won't let me because I haven't finish my state return - Washington. Washington doesn't have a state return. It won't let me bypass it. What to do?
