Software was NOT backward compatible with Windows 10 (small print on box) and also no mail in instructions for the state of Georgia on E-file instructions., Probably won't use again

I received additional tax information that wasn't available from my earlier submission. I was unable to file an amended return. The returns were previously accepted by Fed and State. The software just looped thru and didn't allow me to submit.

TurboTax failed to identify an issue with my IP PIN (i.e. it was either missing or the software inported my previous year PIN) and so the first Federal eFile was rejected.

Have been using this product for many years and will continue to do so. I find the step-by-step guidance beneficial and helpful. The filing process is seamless and takes the stress out of doing this annual task.

I have no idea what happened between 2024 and 2025, but TurboTax crashes all the time in MacOS. Absolutely worthless, I am never using this again after having been a user for 20+ years. Complete garbage.

As usual it was efficient, however it seemed harder too find the line (location) to input the 2024 refund that was applied to the 2025 taxes. It seemed hidden.

After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

I bought this in December, and was largely unable to use it until Late January, even then it had numerous bugs, mainly in the Energy credits pages that kept me from filing until February 13 (I'm waiting to see if they are rejected forte 4th time).

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is easy to navigate but the recent sw changes used to group brokerage acct interest, dividends, CGD is a little weird & cluncky.
