Couldn't file electronically because you didn't support Form 1310 for receiving a refund for a deceased individual. Upset that you had to pay for a software program that other free programs could do

I have used TurboTax for a number of years (15 or more) and provided I have the ability to install it ON MY PC, I will continue to use this product. I have never had any issues with my taxes.

The product was very difficult to download and get started. Availability Soon was problem and how to fix was not easy for a non computer geek...we are elderly and just want the download process to work as it has the 20 plus years prior to 2025

Very easy to use, they walk you through every step and help you maximize your deductions and returns. Very thorough and accurate. Recommend Tax Audit Defense in case it is needed, very valuable to have. Highly recommend TurboTax!

I am a retired accountant, I use Turbo Tax to double check my source income, interest and other expenses. I trust Turbo Tax to catch items I might have missed, also Turbo Tax knows the latest IRS tax rule changes.

This year's software is a total cluster!! Keeps asking for forms that I didn't even fill out saying there are errors. Multiple times. Total mess never again Turbo Tax!!!

could not get last years adjusted gross income from old forms not printed out but saved returns on my computer tried to view on my computer the figure never came up had to print out tax return and mail

You nickel and dime folks. Everything is extra with you guys. People don't file with turbotax because they want to, they file because they have to. You and the others comes down to the least expensive. It is a race to the bottom.

overall , a positive experience as it has been for some years. HOWEVER, if you enter the state you reside in you get locked it to state entries and the drop down to "remove state return" just does not work.

it was easy to use at first, i bought turbo tax deluxe from the store and used that on, had me sign in but didn't transfer last year's taxes I did on turbo tax online. had some trouble finding my AGI, it should of transferred it over!!
