Filing joint return with each spouse residing in different states. Followed Turbo Tax directions, but found a slight glitch that was resolved with technical support.

Turbo tax has been our "go to" tax preparation software for a very long time....we are 100% satisfied with the timeliness of the product, the accuracy of the product, the ease of data entry and the guidance provided along the way....

Please program Turbo Tax Deluxe to stop asking filers in no income tax states (like Tennessee where I live) to file a state return. It is annoying to have to repeatedly skip over choices to file a state income tax for Tennessee!

Your update takes forever. I'm in the country. Bad internet service. I want to add to my return and I have to wait for updates, Forever!! Put in option to input without updates. Require updates to file.

The software was easily obtained, simple to load and easy to use, especially using the walk me through each section. I have used Turbo Tax for years and always found it easy to use.

It was very bad this year. It was hard to download forms and it put in one amount twice, almost costing me an extra $4000. I won't trust it in the future.

No easy way to electronically file a Federal Return & then later file a State return. One has to keep in mind that a click of a mouse button is not always reversible. Not a good place to be for one that is not A Turbo Tax expert..

it was not fun. I had to redo my taxes 3 times as the program did not save my progress. I was not impressed with this version. I have been using TurboTax for 15 years. I will probably not be using this program again.

I am so happy that I used Turbo Tax to e-file my Federal and State taxes. The program is easy to use; I am happy with the results. I got all my questions answered in the SEARCH feature.

couldn't find my current account or the files i had already worked on. couldn't find my account with help from an agent. kept taking me to the one return i had finished. it was a nightmare and very frustrating.
