The desktop version is quite good. I trust it. I cannot say the same for the online version. It needs serious work - feels like a beta test not a finished product.

The program was more "glitchy" this year than in years past. It took multiple tries to correct an error, search function didn't work like it used to and even "Help" was other users finding a work around. Disappointing

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. It's easy to use and unlike the tax prep program I have used in the past, you provide a Mac version.

I use a Mac and none of my desktops worked this year. I had to use a laptop that had the proper operation system Big pain. my desktops have all my past turbotax and records

A fee was added once I selected pay from Federal refund. the refund process is a circular program with no results. There should not be a fee and another company involved in my Federal Tax Return.

overall it is excellent job... one cent comment on item such as K-1 schedule with foreign tax credit needs more specific guideline or function (or how to look up or handle data).

I started using Turbotax in 1996, if not earlier. It is easy to use, and covers all of my situations, which can be complex since I just retired, and is reasonably priced. The e-filing is wonderful.

easy to use. However, the donation calculation (such as clothes, kitchen,....) is not there anymore ! existed in prior years and were very useful !!!

Have been using for decades. Every year gets harder. This year, previous records would not transfer over no matter how many ways I tried. Friend had the exact same problem. It's one of the reasons I've continued to use Turbo. No more.
