Not as good as previous years. Too much begging to upgrade. In one section TT downloaded data from my brokers and then asked me to type in trades on a worksheet? Rediculous!!

Difficulty with month on credit card payment of state return had to resubmit nearly 10 times! Everything else went fine. This is not the first time the remitting of payment has caused problems, get your act together!!!!!

Generally quite logical, but there are times when something is locked up and it is difficult to find the solution to the problem. A little more in depth instruction would be verynhelpful in some cases, perhaps with examples of the correct enties.

Used to rely completely on TurboTax, but the amount of problems I had and bogus/inaccurate data and feedback I received this year is making me rethink my 15-20 year use of the product in lieu of another in 2026 tax year. Major issues.

Be careful and read all their buttons. Somehow I clicked one that is charging an extra $40 for someone processing company that was totally unnecessary! Expensive lesson to learn!

I have no complicated income, deductions, or credit scenarios. Desktop Turbo Tax is the perfect solution. Easy to use and well documented. And all of my financial data remains with me, not on a corporation data base.

Intuit is a company and turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes more complicated, and removes free filing options, so you keep paying them to file your taxes .

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and it is a wonderful tool. I've had no audits, no mistakes, so I figure, I'll stay with Turbo tax, mainly because it is working for me! And it's a simple well designed program!

I've always liked using Turbo Tax for my taxes. This year the program seems more robotic and less focused on the customer. its a sign of the times, I guess. otherwise I like knowing all the calculations are accurate.

constant solicitations for tax advice, etc. importing bank information does not work. being forced to enter information that is nonexistent. updates take forever.
