My total experience was good, but, and this is likely user error, the program seemed to jump over stock sales. Going back to find a way to do it was highly confusing and time consuming.

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and adding a password to my returns, unfortunately for some reason this year, it would not acknowledge my password and I had to completely start over on one of the returns. VERY FRUSTRATING

I like Turbo Tax, however, I did 157 covered calls for the year, and when it imported the information from E*trade, I had to type in the cost basis for all 157 covered calls, the cost basis was $0 for each one.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and love it! It is easy to use and convenient, and I am confident I can do my taxes and know the support is there if needed.

Unable to file electronically due to AGI questions. Filing a joint return, we have an AGI on our 2024 1040, but Turbotax then asks for the AGI of each individual included on the return. No such value on the tax return.

The only problem I had was for some reason Turbo did not ask me for my bank acount information when I told it I wanted a refund of the over payment. I had to go into the forms myself and make the necessary adjustments.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years, if not longer. This software is always, always wonderful. It is easy to use and understand, and makes filing taxes almost easy, lol. I am grateful. Thank you.

Excellent Guidance through the process. The features made it easy and were compatible with Apple Mac. There were no interface concerns, and the accuracy was nice.

Over many years, TurboTax provides excellent software for preparing my Federal Income Tax return. This year's software has "bug" re: specifying Digital Asset (Y/N)

The charge to e-file state returns is ridiculous. Pay $90 for the product and you still have pay $25 to e-file with the state. I'll be looking for other software options.
