I WAS CHARGED TWICE TO EMAIL THE DELAWARE RETURNS. THE FIRST TIME WHEN I FILED MY BROTHER'S RETURNS AND NOW WHEN I FILED MY PERSONAL DELAWARE RETURNS. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TWICE TO EMAIL WHEN THE PROGRAM SOFTWARE WAS OVER $50.00?

Had to delete and redo Alabama Tax because of " Alabama non Calander and prior year returns are not eligible for electronic returns ". However, did find my the redo answer online.

I've used TT for 15+ years. This year's version (2025) was not as easy to use. Harder to find answers, and when I clicked on the bookmarked tab to go back and review, I didn't get to the page I was looking for.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years! It has evolved for the better. I love the financial data can be imported, as well as my prior year info. Having the ability to research and "learn" with reliable information is fantastic!

Never had a problem before. But this year the program stop running then would not let me back in. Had to uninstall and reinstall before I could finish. Took many times before it would reinstall. When it did it worked great. Just frustrating.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years now. I like the formats and intuitive way to navigate. Don't change the overall formats. I used the on-line version for my son's taxes this year and I found it totally different. I didn't line the format

I would appreciate an acknowledgment in the form once I have identified myself as a renter and a non-automobile owner. The form could then be much simpler and would not take so long to wade through.

After finishing with my taxes, I choose to E-File my federal taxes. However TURBO TAX would NOT LET ME E-FILE because it said a box was in correct. IT WAS NOT INCORRECT. I checked it like 5 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same exact thing last year

Yes, I believe the rep was melody. She provided excellent advise. Had some questions which can in as Schwab did not do a good job on reporting my 1099-R. She assisted in the cleanup. Saved me over $3000 dollars.
