have use turbotax for 30 years. This year the instructions regarding interest were very confusing. Something changed and not for the better. Very disapointed this year.

In general, software performed as expected with exception that I was unable to import tax info from my Financial institutions and needed to input information manually - I real hassle

I rated Turbo Tax Excellent since it made it easy for me to file. I like to learn about the tax filing as I go through each topic and it is explained very well. Step by step instruction keeps it simple and easy to use.

i ATTEMPTED TO PAY TAXES ON RAW LAND SALE IN ANOTHER STATE. WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY FEDERAL TAXES ON THE SALE. THE STATE RETURN REQUIRED THAT I ENTER THAT I LIVED IN THAT STATE SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM.

I like turbo tax, great product. Only have one beef, stop trying to get me to do my return online, I want the actual software on my computer, not in the cloud. Again, change your sales approach and stop trying to force people to use online only!!!

I have utilized Turbo Tax for many years and I have always been satisfied 100 % of the time. I manage to understand the manner in which it guides me through a return and the accuracy is wonderful.

Please program Turbo Tax Deluxe to stop asking filers in no income tax states (like Tennessee where I live) to file a state return. It is annoying to have to repeatedly skip over choices to file a state income tax for Tennessee!

Turbo tax has been our "go to" tax preparation software for a very long time....we are 100% satisfied with the timeliness of the product, the accuracy of the product, the ease of data entry and the guidance provided along the way....

While the actual tax return process was similar to previous years and easy to follow, I did have multiple issues with trying to transmit the tax return this year.

Very easy to use. Completed my taxes in less than an hour. Easy filing, printing, etc. Have used this product 10+ years and it gets easier all the time.
