As a do-it-yourself tax doer, this program is very easy to use. I like the thoroughness of the program, too. i feel it is safe to file, having used the program for ten+ years.

filing was rejected twice for having a non valid IP PIN. I never knew I had one after 20 years of using Turbo Tax. can I talk to someone to get this mess cleaned up? I see no place to ask for assistance

Did not appreciate being held hostage to TurboTax's preferred payment method. Could not use my credit card to pay at the end - was forced to use their method of payment.

I have been using TurboTax since retiring and this year I moved from PC to OS platform so it was a bit of a learning curve but TurboTax continues to shine.

Though I got frustrated, the agent didn't. She was calm, professional, and informative. She gently took the time to explain each question that i asked her. She wa genuinely concerned and helpful.

The most difficult thing about using Turbo Tax is finding the version that installs locally on the home computer. Intuit keeps pushing the internet version, so wading through the advertisements becomes more and more difficult.

turbo tax is easy to work with. Only one thing I was not satisfied with was the at the end of the after I finished the return turbo tax wanted me to register for Audit demand which I didn't want to do.

Worked flawlessly and provided useful tips along the way. For me it got glitchy while trying to wrap up and efile, kept looping without progressing. But never had that problem in prior years.
