I have never had a tax return completed in Turbo Tax questioned. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I don't remember when I first filed with turbo tax.

Generally, very positive. Eliminates tedious form entry with imports and links. Guidance and features were somewhat clunky to navigate when going back. Error identification could be more obvious and informative.

Asked same information numerous times. Asking to identify state when individual only receives income from one state. Charging $40 to process return electronically.

I like using turbo tax. I think it is sneaky that when a return is rejected you still count the reject as one of the free filings. That was not made clear to me upfront.

Didn't know that this version only worked with windows 11. I did have a PC with windows 11 but I wanted to use it on my other PC with windows 10. Why did you make it to only work with windows 11?

Walked me through the whole process including my state return. Help menus were mostly helpful. Having an icon to save everything to date with the ability to pick up exactly where you left off would be helpful.

It walks you through everything easily and even explains something if you have a question. Also love that it imports data from the previous year, so you don't have to type in all that information.

For 1099-div tax except dividend only has value to select. it should get percentage (%) to select because document only provided percentage, some option is missing like "US Possessions" etc...

The directions were not a clear as previous versions as well as more difficult to find explanations. I had to use a search engine several times to get answers. Maybe this is all part of TurboTax trying to get payment for assistance.

I have used TurboTax for years. I know that taxes are complicated, but I sometimes find the descriptions of specific tax situations to be unclear and with too much tax jargon.
