Completed my return with little or no issues. It had changed a bit from last years edition, so it took me a liittle time to figure it out. But overall it's a great program...

Fairly easy to use, but it locked up twice. Wouldn't allow me to do anything, I couldn't even shut it down. It just required me to totally shut down the hold laptop. I didn't lose any data, so I was able to continue where I left off.

Experience sucked! I'm literally copying/pasting last year's AGI and the return is still being rejected. Tried 4 separate times, still rejected. I don't kn ow how to get past this.

I don't enjoy the new changes. And, I really dislike how you continually are pimping add-on sales. If I say "No" once I shouldn't have to repeat it constantly.

I am a longtime user of Turbotax. I love this product and have found it to be accurate and reliable. My only for this year is that the instructions for lump sum SSA payments was confusing. Could have been more clear.

Excellent as always. But, I still prefer it on CD/DVD. I found that it is sometimes easier to manually enter an amount than to have to enter information about your bank. Please offer us a choice.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and it is a wonderful tool. I've had no audits, no mistakes, so I figure, I'll stay with Turbo tax, mainly because it is working for me! And it's a simple well designed program!

Had problems with retrieving the prior year records and automatically moving it to the current year. Worked with Charity in Georgia to resolve my problem (she did an OUTSTAND job).

Help is written in hard-to-understand terms and not in depth enough. Would not import 1099-B along with the others. Had missing information. Not easy to understand. Took me 5 hours to slog through.

Turbo tax is good for people who do not need to file estimated taxes. Your system is not well set up for this. I always have to search around for where I can put changes - can you streamline this? Otherwise I would have given a better rating.
