After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

I did not ask for audit insurance but was charged 45 dollars anyway. Then you removed the only way to take it out, as recommended by your own web site. Shame on you people. I know you will never post or print this but someone has to read it first.

New enhancements are awful. Product is becoming too expensive and can have a tax preparer do it for less. Can't print without the documents being jumbled and adding charters to the lines. Useless product to me after numerous years using.

Generally turbotax has been good over the years. It did not catch a duplication mistake on a prior year return, when the program downloaded and duplicated my financial borkerage data. It makes me question the error checking procedures.

He remoted into my computer to see what I was asking about and explained Capital Gains to me since this was the first year I had this type of account.

I would suggest there is a lot of information imported from the prior year that is not being automatically filled into forms. This would save a lot time and frustration.

It was easy to use. If I had to prepare my tax return without Turbo Tax, I would surely miss all the required forms. CA State Tax is so confusing I'm glad Turbo Tax prepared it.

Taxes continually get more complicated through the years. I can trust TurboTax to be there to ask the questions that need to be asked, to make the return accurate.

Overall quite pleased but for the second time in two years it goes into a loop I cant get out of when doing state return review. I basically have to just file without the last state review which shouldnt be a problem but still aggravating.

It should have been made compatible with Windows 10. There was really no excuse for it to not have been. Because of this I ended up spending an entire day setting up a Windows 11 Computer. Also your online version was not up to snuff.
