My experience with Turbo Tax was good. I did not encounter any issues that I could not resolve. The ease of entering my data and having the option to let Turbo Tax walk me through each phase is reassuring.

Went alright until the end. Filing was difficult as I could not choose a method of payment. I don't know if it was a glitch or something else in the system.

Had to enter and re-enter data from last year's return, even though last year's return was uploaded and used for this year. Some of the instructions were vague.

Turbo Tax is accurate. Tailored to my situation. Has the features I need. Provides the guidance in making informed decisions where options come into play,

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this year was the best so far. Last year (2024) was horrible, but I did retire that year & perhaps that made it more complicated for me.

For a newbie this product is not very helpful. TurboTax did not explain that New York City residents have to pay city taxes separately from state taxes if their non-NY based employer does not withhold them from the paycheck.

I continue to acquire turbo tax s/w every year. An old user sort of speak. and every year the tax changes are reflected properly into the s/w for users to be able for completion of their tax returns properly and accurately.

In my experience, Turbotax is easy to use and helps to file my taxes. My only dislike is the complexity of downloading Turbotax into different computers for my family.

i was very unhappy that the fact you are trying to charge me 40.00 to file my federal electrocial. when it is free so I am mailing them. I have used you for years and years.

I do not like the "purchase" products/protections as I work through my taxes. I am already stressing every keystroke. It just adds stress. Ask - but at the end or at start.
