I found it this year to be very difficult to use when switching from federal to state taxes--kept calling for a cell number-which I have no cell phone

The Deluxe app is fine for our return, step-by-step clear, but the in-aphelp has poor language processing and gives non-applicable answers focused on keywords and typical questions.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. I always feel comfortable that the software asks all the questions that could possibly pertain to my return. I recommend this product with absolutely no reservations.

A little different this year in the steps Turbo Tax walked me thru the soft ware. Wanted to identify all the forms we would be used. I didn't hare some when I started but worked through it. It worked out very nicely

The product was developed like 10 years ago and they have made almost no improvements. It's overpriced for the base software and the $25 state tax submission fee is a total rip off. I can't wait for AI to replace your product.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 35+ years. It is easy to use, and the accuracy is right on. The features and guidelines are easy to follow. I will continue to use this software in the following years!

Couldn't file electronically because you didn't support Form 1310 for receiving a refund for a deceased individual. Upset that you had to pay for a software program that other free programs could do

Like I said, every year gets harder and harder to complete my Filing. For whatever reason, you don't want to. Copy from last year's filing. It just makes it harder and harder every year.

I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return

I did not ask for audit insurance but was charged 45 dollars anyway. Then you removed the only way to take it out, as recommended by your own web site. Shame on you people. I know you will never post or print this but someone has to read it first.
