Just annoyed at the whole having to sign in to an account even when this program is bought at a store. this has gotten worse to the point that I am considering to pay someone to do my taxes than give you more money!

I have been doing my own taxes for the past 5 years. Not could be simpler to use than Turbo tax, especially if you have little deductions. It guides you through the process. It very accurate. Love it.

Good follow thru on templates established for input data. Change this year included the payment of State T/R $25 without having to sign in to TurboTax again.

im done!!! ive used TT for years but this was my last. evidently the .tax file upload wasn't right from last year so im fighting rejections. IM DONE!!! tax time is stressful enough.

I've been using TurboTax since 2011. It's the easiest and most complete tax software. I just can't imagine switching to another product. Keep up the great work! :-)

being able to review my tax form data and make changes and set it aside for several days while seeking answers to tax questions not easily understood made my use of desktop version worthwhile.

Turbo Tax was redesigned this year and was very easy to follow. Any questions that I had were answered either in the program or on-line. I trust the program to accurately calculate my return and complete the required forms.

Although I am behind on filing my 2022 tax return, Turbotax has been helpful in getting this completed. I deducted 1 "star" from the rating because some questions were easier to google than find on Turbotax.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and it gets better every year. for 2026, many new improvements hav been made to the software and the ease of use.

I have been using TurboTax for years and loved it, this year was horrible! What a mess, so hard to navigate, even hard to sign out. Worst update on a site that I have ever seen. Will be looking for something else next year.
