While I was satisfied overall with my experience with Turbo Tax this year, in reviewing my .pdf file I found a duplicate entry of some dividend information. I was surprised that Turbo Tax didn't catch that.

Found info easy to insert but wish it would return to the section I was working on rather than starting at the top of the main category which I then have to toggle through to get back to the area I was working on.

it was more difficult to use then most of my past experiences. I am still trying to save my finish tax right now because I don't want a 46 print out copy.

It seemed more difficult to use this year even though I have been using it for years. Also, it would not import tax info from Edward Jones. That was a definite negative.

The push ad that advocated using the online version of TurboTax was misleading. Made me believe that State Filing was free but was still trying to be charged for e-file for state. Never will fall for that again!!!

Pretty effortless filing of 2025 taxes. Since I'm 73 this year, I would have appreciated more information on RMD filing. It says it will be handled, but I saw nothing in the product that seemed to do so.

I've used Turbo Tax for so many years and it's so easy and thorough. It shows me when I've made a mistake and prompts me on how to fix it. Filing is super easy and refunds are quick. Highly recommend to anyone including self employed customers.

You reduced the capability to price individual donations in the program. I had to price individually and add together in one total cost. Very inconvenient. Perhaps with the new taxable table the itemized deductions are not useful any more

Turbotax continues to be hard to install on Macintosh, and there were "loops" throughout the interview process. also did not like the persistent ads for the added services eveywhere.

I used the online version for years and was very happy with it, I will not be purchasing the desktop version again, it kept getting caught up the final review before actually filing
