I lost all my progress after a desktop product update . Searching for the file or temporary file found not results. Started over. My previous years' return cound not be downloaded so al information had to be entered from scratch.

Fairly easy to use, but it locked up twice. Wouldn't allow me to do anything, I couldn't even shut it down. It just required me to totally shut down the hold laptop. I didn't lose any data, so I was able to continue where I left off.

I find TurboTax easy to work with... Other tax aids may be similar, but I have been using TurboTax longer than Intuit. But I do wish Oregon's DOR would work closer to the IRS on data format.

not happy about the $40.00 refund processing fee. I paid $55.00 for the download to process my taxes and paid to file my state and finally a year that i get a refund and you want $40.00 to process. A ripoff like others do.

A bit cumbersome for very simple returns. A glitch in the program does not allow editing or deleting 1099 forms imported from previous year, even thou it claims to do so.

easy to use, the hardest part is coming up with something to say in the review. You should be satisfied with the score and dont make customers use more time

I wasted one day attempting to activate TurboTax 2025 Deluxe on a Windows 11 PC. I have been using for over decade and never had any installation/activating issues... very disappointing.

Turbo Tax is still not ready for final usage to finalize my taxes. I can't pay with my refund without paying an extra $45, instead I have to use a credit card.

I had a few problems this year which I haven't in the past. Asking for things that I had never heard of before. It took a lot longer to do our Income Tax this year than normal. It was sort of confusing.

The statement, Ok, we know it's taking more than a moment, is way overused. The ability to go to the next page usually requires scrolling down even on shorter pages. For an ex-IT person, your programing isn't all that remarkable.
