This past year my spouse passed away. He always did the taxes while I sat next to him. This time I had to do it alone. TurboTax walked me through it and also allowed me to go back to edit specific sections.

I had a problem downloading, it was much easier with the disk. Once I got started it was easy and didn't take to long. I will definitely use it again next year. I highly recommend Turbo Tax if you plan on filing your own tax returns.

this is my 5th year using turbo tax and i love it. it makes filing your taxes so easy. It also makes sure there are no mistakes, so your refund is not held up.

TurboTax Deluxe-Desktop was wonderful to work through. I will use it again. I tried TurboTax On-Line but cancle because I found i glitchy and hard to use. Would not recommend the On-Line verison.

Schedule W on the state return incorrectly populated line 32 of the page 3 of MI-1040 with the same value as I put into line 31, thus doubling my tax payments.

I like using TurboTax because it is easy to use. This year I was disappointed that the left off the place to put other college expenses besides books and tuition. It was finally fixed later after so many complaints.

Didn't know that this version only worked with windows 11. I did have a PC with windows 11 but I wanted to use it on my other PC with windows 10. Why did you make it to only work with windows 11?

Never had a problem before. But this year the program stop running then would not let me back in. Had to uninstall and reinstall before I could finish. Took many times before it would reinstall. When it did it worked great. Just frustrating.

Like I said, every year gets harder and harder to complete my Filing. For whatever reason, you don't want to. Copy from last year's filing. It just makes it harder and harder every year.

My live expert was very helpful. The import on 1099-R from the State of Minnesota Teachers Retirement Association could use a bit more quality assurance testing.
