TurboTax failed to identify an issue with my IP PIN (i.e. it was either missing or the software inported my previous year PIN) and so the first Federal eFile was rejected.

i have been using turbo tax for over 20 years. this year is the first time I had trouble with my 1099-r from my rmd. I had to go back over it several times to get it right.

solid experience. each year i use turbo tax im more confident in my tax preparations. turbo tax makes it so simple to follow along and learn during the process.

I like the way Turbo Tax does all the calculations for me and transfers the information to my state return. Turbo Tax also keeps up with the tax changes from year to year.

Intuit fell on its face and ruined a simple, useful product with relentless adware promoting "Experts" and a web-based platform no one really wants or needs. I won't be back.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

Easy to use , very accurate and convenient , easy to file and print, reasonable cost, compatible, good guidance, easy interface, many great features in the software

Difficulty in entering data - due to constant insistence on using download which is not easily to acquire. Ability to enter the data is more difficult than ever to get to entry screens.

would have been nice to have an editor to make sure the EIN matched. we with 70 years old eyes would have liked to have something like this so we ger the EIN correct.
