REALLY TOUGH TO USE TT THIS YEAR!!!!! I HAVE USED WINCE 1994 AND YOU PLACED SOME HURDLES FOR ME TO JUMP OVER.... THIS YEAR. KAT MY AGE THAT WAS TOUGH!!!!!

Was not a good year. I have been a TT user since 2002. The import functions were unreliable and inaccurate. The program could not handle a couple of unique tax situations. Overall a disappointing year.

It is now even more opaque than last year! Also, it failed to alert m I could have saved mor by taking th standard deduction on my state taxes! now I will have to file an amended return to get that money back! Thanks for the extra work!

It was a very bad experience with filing my second state tax. I had trouble downloading the second state tax, and then I was unable to pay to file the second state income tax online.

Yes, I believe the rep was melody. She provided excellent advise. Had some questions which can in as Schwab did not do a good job on reporting my 1099-R. She assisted in the cleanup. Saved me over $3000 dollars.

Bring back the "It's Deductible" section to determine fair market value for Charitable donations. Add more financial companies to use the Import function instead of all the data entry needed.

I found it very annoying that turbo tax did not have a search button for input answers as where can i find my email address or where do i enter Star Credit ..that type assist would be helpful

Same as always was my expectation. However, ItsDeductible was no longer available and made my work more difficult than the previous years. Very disappointed that ItsDeductible is gone. Will be looking for a better Tax tool for next year.

Have used TurboTax for over 20 years. As my income has increased from investments, TurboTax makes it easy and simple to enter and record the many1099 Forms i receive.

This year did not have itemized deductions for donation like the previous year. This is an item needs to be added to next year Turbo tax to save time.
