I am CPA with 30 years experience and feel Turbo Tax is great for a professional and reasonable price. I can skip the questions and use the FORM INPUT just like CPA firms I worked in the past. I have never found Turbo Tax to make a mistake.

Switched between on line and desktop version. The on line version showed a return of $12,000 and the desktop version showed a $6,000 return, both using the same amounts I entered. What is wrong????

Just wasn't thrilled with the way turbo tax downloaded stock transactions. I filed 2 returns this year and both needed supplemental information sent via U.S. Mail.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and to follow. The terminology as relate to filing federal taxes were easy to understand. The steps by step guide were very helpful. It was like having a live person.

Help feature is not very good. Search feature could not find form CS. Lots of strange bugs left in the forms that needed to be changed to move on. Overall kind of sloppy considering all the years you guys have been doing this.

slow to update and annoying. I bought the free state version but had to buy addiitional state at $45 .almost what I paid for the whole software, also the constant upselling is annoying too...

Worked with additional difficultly since I had not used it for the past 5 years. The continued upgrades and chargeable options are a real turn-off and makes it difficult to recommend to my children.

The system froze in the beginning, and when it came to filing the state taxes, it asked if I would like to use the free state, I said yes, and it wanted to charge me $25 at the end.

Turbo Tax is a very friendly software user. I had issues with 1099 - B, explanation was not very clear. Also, how to create a new return based on a saved file.

App works fine, except window that appears for selecting address (credit charge for state return), truncates the accept icon - used tab and guessed I had right spot and it worked. Need to format some of your widows/fields better
