I've been using TT for26 years, it always makes my tax filing as easy as tax filing can be - even though we all know none of us should be paying any income tax. But maybe finally, President Trump will get rid of income tax and abolish the IRS?

I am only giving 1 star because I was finally able to TRUDGE through your product the year :( I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and never encountered the problems that I encountered this year. I am not a happy customer this year...

Your update takes forever. I'm in the country. Bad internet service. I want to add to my return and I have to wait for updates, Forever!! Put in option to input without updates. Require updates to file.

Efficient in relaying information to me, very kind, patient and helpful. You ask for too much praise here at the end of filing. How many times do we have to say thank you?

I have been using TurboTax for years and loved it, this year was horrible! What a mess, so hard to navigate, even hard to sign out. Worst update on a site that I have ever seen. Will be looking for something else next year.

Always after each update, instead of TTax going back to where you left off, it always goes back to the beginning. Been doing this for years but Intuit just doesn't get it, or they're not interested in correcting this annoyance.

Don't have It's Deductible anymore and the compatibility with Windows 11 is poorly done. Also don't allow DVD copy of application. NOT HAPPY WITH CHANGES TO THE APPLCATION. NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS PAST VERSIONS

failed to transmit because it needed updating. Turbotax should have checked itself before transmitting and being rejected. no clear instructions about how to fix the problem. Had to use google because tons of other people had the same problem.

It is easy to use. It is a bit of effort to find the place to download the software to my desktop but once I get through that step it is pretty straight forward.

The software dishonestly adds $45 at closing for an un-explained "Premium" service with no chance of declining that service or even an explanation of what that "Premium" service entails.
