I have used turbotax for over 20 years and have always found it to be an excellent product. I have never had any issues or need additional help when using the product.

Many times the amount owed did not update. I have mutual funds that pay tax free interest, but only federally tax free. It was not simple to get the amount owed to the state to update correctly.

I have been using this product for several years and like the simple and easy it is to use. i will continue to use it. This product continues to give me the best refund.

I'M DONE AFTER 10 years..LIKE A TURKEY. NOT ENDUSER FRIENDLY, , TERRIBLE SOFTWARE, DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT THE PROGRAM IS ACCURATELY EXECUTING ANALYZING RETURN THEREFORE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY SUBMISSION. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS YEAR.

Unless I somehow missed it, it never asked if I had an IRS PIN. Hard to find where this is entered until I Googled it. Shouldn't be that difficult. I had one last year so it should have detected it and at least asked about it..

Easier to use with every year, as I've been using Turbo Tax over the past 40+ years. Yet, the charitable deductions value assessment seems more difficult than in the past with "It's deductible".

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it makes doing my tax return easy and less frustrating. The questions prompt the information I need to supply. I will continue using Turbo Tax every year.

Generally an excellent product. Only glitch I encountered was generating Form 4868 when I thought I might need to extend my filing deadline. Got in a loop trying to get help. Finally gave up and did manually.

I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years and it has been easy to use and accurate. I like the import features where it can go and get the 1099 INT and DIV numbers from the different institutions this really saved a lot of time and hassle.

turbo tax desktop routinely saves corrupted files forcing the user to have to redo taxes. Horrible product. Will stop using after this year. Same problem last year- will not be trying a 3rd time.
