constant solicitations for tax advice, etc. importing bank information does not work. being forced to enter information that is nonexistent. updates take forever.

I have loved Turbo Tax since I began using i years ago. I was always intimidated by the thought of doing my own taxes but after trying it I file this way every year. Even when I have had a question, I have been guided through it.

More detailed information would be helpful especially in the deductions area since you hanged its format. If I had not been using Turbo Tax for years, it would have been a bit confusing to use. The cost for help is expensive.

Intuit is a company and turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes more complicated, and removes free filing options, so you keep paying them to file your taxes .

Turbotax continues to be hard to install on Macintosh, and there were "loops" throughout the interview process. also did not like the persistent ads for the added services eveywhere.

turbotax works well. as a constructive comment, when filling out state forms, whay cant you integrate the common information a you fill out the fed? obviously there will be a change occasionally, wouldnt time to complete be cut way down?

Good. However, in previous versions when making charterable contributions to a place like Goodwill, there was a suggestion on monitory value for articles of clothing. This was removed this year, so was not happy about that.

Bring back the "It's Deductible" section to determine fair market value for Charitable donations. Add more financial companies to use the Import function instead of all the data entry needed.

Have the user update the TTAX file prior to starting the e-file process instead of getting an invalid file error message requiring stopping e-file process!!!

Having to pay for the NJ e-file was a pain I tried to put in my credit card info and the page was too large and wouldn't shrink down so that I could complete the transaction to e-file my state taxes Not good
