I was unable to import my financial data into my return for the first time in 15 years. Just not as user friendly as in years past. Not a fan of your new format either. Bottomline not sure I will use turbotax next year. Very disappointed.

We've used Turbo Tax for many years, and the software continues to work well. I'm retired after 47 years in the Investment and Financial Services industry. Your software works great.

Have used Turbotax since 2002. A good product and helps significantly as my tax requirements have changed. I can not imagine doing my taxes longhand.

My daughter worked as a contract worker this year and received a 1099_NEC tax form. Program did not guide me through the steps to report her income correctly. It was very difficult to get through the inputs.

Our federal tax return was rejected by the IRS for not having an IP PIN. Your review process before filing did not tell us this was missing. Fire the 15 year olds coding your software and get someone with a fully developed brain.

The software dishonestly adds $45 at closing for an un-explained "Premium" service with no chance of declining that service or even an explanation of what that "Premium" service entails.

Worked flawlessly and provided useful tips along the way. For me it got glitchy while trying to wrap up and efile, kept looping without progressing. But never had that problem in prior years.

Experience ok. Question could be clearer as it would affect the answers. Some issues with entry down to the penny. Error messages with summing. Had to round it up to nearest dollar for it to sum correctly.

This was hard compared to all the other years I've used Turbo Tax. I couldn't enter information as asked so I had to play games to get it to take the information.

I like the way Turbo Tax does all the calculations for me and transfers the information to my state return. Turbo Tax also keeps up with the tax changes from year to year.
