You continue to move toward an online product and remove features. I've used this product for MANY years and did for 2025. I will be trying a different product for 2026.

Frustrated that I had problems with Desktop version in 2024 so I purchased online version in 2025 and then found out that it does not handle multiple returns so I had to yet again purchase both the desktop version AND the online version.

Trying to eFile for 5 days now - and grapple with eFile PIN nonsense. IRS assigns 6 digits - TT allows 5 for entry - duh. How hard is this to get right?

I found the section on entering income sources to be very clunky. This years version required looping through several icon clicks to get to each items entry screen. I don't recall last years version being so annoying.

I don't remember having a fee for a Federal electronic filing before. I guess I'll be back to paper filing next year. Didn't like the number of ads for additional services, either.

I had to do more research than normal years. ID PIN was new for e filing and there was no prompting. I had to search to enter business expenses for officiating. It was not as smooth as in years past.

I like turbo tax too many ads wanting to sell more services and software I don't want or need and get rid of the scroll feature put everything on the screen or next page

Software was NOT backward compatible with Windows 10 (small print on box) and also no mail in instructions for the state of Georgia on E-file instructions., Probably won't use again

TurboTax is very user friendly. I was extremely glad I had it when doing my taxes. I used the option for it to guide me through each step. I found it t be extremely accurate. It was compatible with my system. I liked the helpful tips.

Intuit/Turbotax is providing false advertising: you advertise that federal tax filing is free and yet I was charged $60. My federal tax schedule indicates a refund $2437. I actually received $$2377. Explain???
