I have been using Turbo tax for the past 10 years. I tried using other Tax software and no one has even come close to the ease of guidance and feature Turbo tax offers.

I have used TurboTax since the '90s. It's always accurate based on the information provided. I survived an audit for one year; in my opinion, in part, it was partially due for having used TurboTax to prepare my taxes.

You reduced the capability to price individual donations in the program. I had to price individually and add together in one total cost. Very inconvenient. Perhaps with the new taxable table the itemized deductions are not useful any more

Good overall. Federal return rejected and not explained well enough. What needed to be done to fix the error was not clear nor how to get to that error within the software. Federal IP PIN

Used to rely completely on TurboTax, but the amount of problems I had and bogus/inaccurate data and feedback I received this year is making me rethink my 15-20 year use of the product in lieu of another in 2026 tax year. Major issues.

I feel the banking section stunk this year. A bunch of boxes that showed no info or nothing just a name of a bank. You had to guess what interest or dividends went in. II question if this program is worth purchasing next year.

FEDERAL TAXES WERE ACCEPTED BUT I AM UNABLE TO SEND MY STATES TAXES BECAUSE THEY "HAVE NOT BEEN ACCEPTED". ELSEWHERE, THE PROGRAM SHOWS THE FEDERAL TAXES WERE ACCEPTED BUT CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH STATE TAX.

The desktop version of Turbo Tax is great! The user interface is user frendly and easy to navigate. The Help Center is very helpfull. I have been using Turbo Tax for 26 years.
