The guidance provided by TurboTax was very helpful and pretty straight forward. The info windows were very helpful in giving more info and explanation for any questions that I had. Pretty easy to follow.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years! It has evolved for the better. I love the financial data can be imported, as well as my prior year info. Having the ability to research and "learn" with reliable information is fantastic!

First time in about 8 years Turbo Tax had a bug (1099-R). With all the updates every time I start the application the performance should have been better.

THE PROGRAM IS GOOD AND EASY TO USE. VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY DROPPED THE "ITS DEDUCTIBLE PART OF THE PROGRAM WHICH WAS A MAJOR REASON I USED TURBO TAX. pROBABLY WILL USE ANOTHER PROGRAM NEXT YEAR.

It was difficult to find the codes and passwords you asked for. Perhaps I'm too old (86) for this stuff and your guidance was challenge to promptly follow.

Last year using this product if I have another issue. My taxes were incorrect according to Internal Revenue Service. Had to pay a penalty and extra taxes.

turbotax works well. as a constructive comment, when filling out state forms, whay cant you integrate the common information a you fill out the fed? obviously there will be a change occasionally, wouldnt time to complete be cut way down?

The help search is not very helpful. It gives a lot of irrelevant information, AI searches outside of the TurboTax software gives much better results.

I've used TurboTax for years, and this is the first year that I had issues with your California tax. There were a couple of issues near the end that were rather annoying that you should have caught earlier.
