I have been using TT since 1993, it works great. I would not use anything else. I do wish Intuit would make it easy to look at the old TT files I have.

If you are reasonably educated on taxes, Turbo Tax is quite easy to follow. There are occasional questions which come up but they are easy to resolve.

worst year ever. I have been using turbo tax since 2006 and this was the MOST difficult year You all broke a good product. Please fix before next year.

New format was hard to get use to and learn. Might as well look for new software to complete taxes. That and the fee for direct deposit is way too high.

Having used Turbo Tax for 20 years, it continues to be perfect for me. Intuitive and imbedded answers are superb. Keep up the good work. I still use and prefer the desktop version.

when filing State taxes it printed out a required form. Except it was federal form with nothing to do with state taxes! If there is a required state form, I don't have any idea what it may be. Navigation i not as intuitive as previous years.

I gave my comments in the software. Not going to retype them! This is just another issue with this years version. I shouldn't have to enter my review twice!

Worked fine. I couldn't find "home office expenses." It said not to enter business expenses, if you had a home office, but to enter them later. If was very small amount and so I didn't worry about spending the time to do it.

TurboTax is the way to go! We've been using TurboTax for 30+ years. Our adult children & church family are also using TurboTax. Thank you TurboTax.
