I have used this program for many years now and have had no problems filing and dong them myself, so I don't have to spend a fortune to get my taxes done and I do it on my time not the taxman's.

I was looking for information of rmd charitable contributions and I could not get the information. it completely ignored the charitable part of the question and kept repeating the same information over and over.

I am a retired CPA. I found the product generally easy to use. I did not find it easy to find specific information about this year's updates and why we were not qualified for some of the deductions.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I was unhappy to see the Charitable items valuer is no longer available. I also was unhappy not to receive my free tax return. I had to pay to file my SC state return.

Turbotax couldn't find my last year's return, even though they were both available, same computer, even both files together. Only bougti his year so it woul trasfer the info. Next year I will look aroud.

I am CPA with 30 years experience and feel Turbo Tax is great for a professional and reasonable price. I can skip the questions and use the FORM INPUT just like CPA firms I worked in the past. I have never found Turbo Tax to make a mistake.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and to follow. The terminology as relate to filing federal taxes were easy to understand. The steps by step guide were very helpful. It was like having a live person.

my tax forms and categories don't change, It could be easier by only stepping through those. the INT and DIV flow sucks, especially if you have entries from last year.

For some reason, after 10-12 great year, the product is getting less easy and less intuitive to use, not sure why. Also, my 2024 return did not come up, so I had to re-enter all the info myself, ugh.
