The program crashed and I had to reenter all my information. My printed forms includes payment vouchers, which I have never seen before and are not explained to me.

Turbo tax is fine. But when I went to print my Estimated Tax Vouchers they all had a large watermark that sai "DO NOT FILE" How stupid is that. I have to include the voucher with my estimated taxes.

NO LONGER PROVIDES A PHYSICAL CD (in case future install, amendment needed). Product price continues to climb. Too much nudging to buy products while using the software.

Going step by step with guidance is extremely helpful and the reviews provide comfort that things are correct and reduces the chances of having to interface with the IRS, which has always been my philosophy of something to avoid!

Desktop TurboTax keeps getting worse every year. They just aren't putting any money into improving it. There is no way to report bugs. Next year, I'll be buying a different brand of software.

TurboTax was ok, worked as advertised. would be nice if the STATE TAX cost was also included as FREE.....in the TTAX software price. Include the FREE STATE filing.

TurboTax is a RACKET and this company is CROOKED. You are going to charge for the software AND THEN charge to file? and then charge to service my refund? GET OUT OF HERE.

I called to get help with getting into my Turbo Tax account and Christina was very helpful! She walked me through the entire process. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I like the way it takes you through the process one step at a time.

This may be my last year with Turbo Tax. Trying to input data with the distractions and inconvenience created by sales ploys has been very frustrating. As a longterm TT user I found it very difficult to navigate around the Expert Service option.
