Still getting updates after I already filed my taxes. I do not like this at all. You should notify people before they file that more updates are pending, with the approximate dates of availability, and if updates will effect your tax return.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and it is compatible with those previous tax returns. I also like that fact that I can see and review all individual forms used by TurboTax for calculating and filing my taxes.

i sent three returns today and 1 was rejected. i have been using your product for 30 years and i have had more software errors this year than all of the others combined

When I had to calculate US interest and dividends it didn't carry over to mt CT state return. The shortcut keys of CTRL+I to show Supporting Detail did not work.

This years' experience TurboTax was the absolute worst in over 20 years of using TT. You guys seemed too interested in acquiring personal biometric data and you've scared me off of TT.

I did not like how I was going to have to pay for State completion of my taxes becuase I used the "online" version when I had already paid for state through my desktop version. It felt like bait and switch.

This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax and I am very satisfied! The software is easy to use and very comprehensive with many help tools. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

I've been using turbotx ever since it was invented. I never liked the company. I find their practices to be deceptive. A lot of bait and switch to try to extract some fees along the way. Every year I promise myself I'm going to find something else.

IRA limits for people over age 50 are incorrect in the software. It shows $7000 as non taxable and $1000 as taxable. Had to pay extra taxes since it too late to find another software today

Could not find last years file and had to input all of the information. Unsure why last year's file is missing as I still have the program installed on my laptop.
