With the exception of the keychain password request that kept popping up, the TurboTax software was easy to use, and I appreciated how it walked me through each step.

In the past, you could select to just the federal or state files to print. Now you get the entire file and have to search for the pages to print/save separately.

I do not understand why you need to keep up-dating the product. Is it not complete when you sell it? Also, the little extras like audit protection should be included in the initial cost.

Been using TurboTax for years, but disappointed that the 2025 downloadable version was for Windows 11 only. Completed it on a new laptop. My desktop has Windows 10. Read poor reviews about the online version.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and loved it. This year there was some confusion for me with premium and using desktop or on line version. apparently paid extra for premium unnecessarily and couldn't figure out how to opt out

I found it very annoying that turbo tax did not have a search button for input answers as where can i find my email address or where do i enter Star Credit ..that type assist would be helpful

I'm giving y'all a 4 because of the tremendous loss of It's Deductible. I am very disappointed that you have decided to get rid of it. It has been a tremendous help to me over the years. Other than that everything is pretty good.

Stuck on Box 16 Retirement distributions issue for NYS filing and will not file to transmit. NYS requires this to be filled in but this is not clear. Forcing user to utilize outside sources to research solution.

All was fine except for the absence of the "It's Deductible" program for determining non-cash contributions. I may search for a different program next year.
