I have no complicated income, deductions, or credit scenarios. Desktop Turbo Tax is the perfect solution. Easy to use and well documented. And all of my financial data remains with me, not on a corporation data base.

I've used TurboTax for about 45+ years and have never had any problems understanding or completing my taxes. I have never experienced an error in the software that cost me money due to software errors.

Product itself is great. No issues. Interface with Adobe is terrible. Crashed my computer 4 times just trying to save off a copy. Didn't matter if I used Adobe or Microsoft Print to PDF. Both crashed the computer. Please fix.

THE EASYSTEP SECTION FOR SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE PAGES WOULD GO BLANK. I HAD TO FILL THE INFORMATION DIRECTLY ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY FORM IN FORMS.

I've been using TurboTax exclusively for more than 25 years. It has always been accurate and my returns have never been questioned by the IRS. I will continue to use it as long as I can download a copy of to my computer.

The idea that corporations can lobby to ensure their existence is ridiculous. The government knows what I did and didn't do. Why do I have to file my taxes. They have the money already, they did the calculation already.

would have been nice to have an editor to make sure the EIN matched. we with 70 years old eyes would have liked to have something like this so we ger the EIN correct.

not nearly as user friendly. Harder to save copy, harder to open, not as many helpful questions as prior years. very difficult to file state by mail and federal e-file. may try something else next year.

Turbo Tax is just OK. I find that entering data is very cumbersome, particularly when entering dividends and interest. many more keystrokes than necessary.

I would appreciate an acknowledgment in the form once I have identified myself as a renter and a non-automobile owner. The form could then be much simpler and would not take so long to wade through.
