TurboTax is one of the easiest software tax programs and I love the accuracy of the program. They also have expert on standby for any questions you may have.

Filing fees should be $0. Bank deposit fees should be $0. It's cheaper for all involved for electronic filing and transactions, there should be no charges.

constant solicitations for tax advice, etc. importing bank information does not work. being forced to enter information that is nonexistent. updates take forever.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It's easy to use and I'm always assured of accuracy and complete returns with no filing problems. Always up to date and secure.

2025 version harder to navigate. could not do "jump to" in search without enabling the assistance chat. tried several times using correct search field and always got the virtual assist

The desktop version of Turbo Tax is great! The user interface is user frendly and easy to navigate. The Help Center is very helpfull. I have been using Turbo Tax for 26 years.

FEDERAL TAXES WERE ACCEPTED BUT I AM UNABLE TO SEND MY STATES TAXES BECAUSE THEY "HAVE NOT BEEN ACCEPTED". ELSEWHERE, THE PROGRAM SHOWS THE FEDERAL TAXES WERE ACCEPTED BUT CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH STATE TAX.

Not as good as previous years. Too much begging to upgrade. In one section TT downloaded data from my brokers and then asked me to type in trades on a worksheet? Rediculous!!

I had I problem that I was unable to fix on my own. Did need to purchase the help. Cathy was great and very knowledgeable. She talked me through the necessary changes and stayed on the phone until I was ready to submit my returns

I have used TurboTax for many years. It is thorough in assisting me fill in the information and places data in the correct places on all the forms. I really value it when doing itemized deductions.
