The desktop version of Turbo Tax is great! The user interface is user frendly and easy to navigate. The Help Center is very helpfull. I have been using Turbo Tax for 26 years.

should allow the purchase of additional efile for federal. I need to file for all my children and I would rather do it all in one package rather than free online even if I have to pay extra for the family

I have been using TurboTax for years. I find it easy to navigate, concise, informative, accurate and trustworthy. I have recommended the product to others. I like preparing my own taxes using the product because it helps me to know my tax liability.

Having to pay for the NJ e-file was a pain I tried to put in my credit card info and the page was too large and wouldn't shrink down so that I could complete the transaction to e-file my state taxes Not good

Very irritating to get to the very end and have it not transmit because it needed an update, which I should have notified about when I opened the file.

I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return
