This is a fine tax software. I found the features and interface to be user-friendly. I did have some difficulty loading the software onto my machine and needed help. Yet, customer service was knowledgeable. It was me and not the software :)

I've been very pleased for years, but last year i paid $40 last year because your instructions are misleading. It is not clear that it is cheaper to pay by credit card. Options should be side by side, and not vertical.

A total pain in the butt to purchase. System keeps pushing me to use the web client. Guidance within the app is lacking and the accuracy of the information generated is rather poor forcing me to go back a few times over info.

Have been using turbo tax over 10years. Glad I don't have to do all the extra schedules required to calculate income and deductions.Find it easy to use.

Best tax software to use even for a beginner to expert!! Been using for over two decades and still loving it. No need to give my hard earned cash to an expert!

I am a retired accountant, I use Turbo Tax to double check my source income, interest and other expenses. I trust Turbo Tax to catch items I might have missed, also Turbo Tax knows the latest IRS tax rule changes.

Just annoyed at the whole having to sign in to an account even when this program is bought at a store. this has gotten worse to the point that I am considering to pay someone to do my taxes than give you more money!

I was not able to e-file my Minnesota tax return. It was not clear why. I paid for Deluxe with State so I didn't have to do this by mail. I don't have a printer and it is a huge hassle to get the state printed for mailing.

did not like i had to use win 11. all my tax info was on win 10 plus i had a big screen for win 10 but win 11is a 13 inch screen so it became a major obstacle for me. also had to go to another location real pain to change i also hate win 11

I e-file my Federal and mail my state return. I am not willing to pay the state to reduce their clerical workload. If it becomes free I will e-file state. This year TurboTax made it awkward to do this, it was simpler in the past.
