Error "2" trying to submit federal returns which was related to internet going down and it should be able to recover from that error and file the tax return

Mostly I like the software, I have been using for years and I'm a 'Creature of Habit'. However, I did have a problem removing a mistake I had made. I had to "walk Thru' the entire section to change the mistake.

I have always had good experiences using TurboTax. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that I wish the PDFs could be generated without my SSN being visible.

The questions make it so much easier; the additional information is such a big help. It downloads and updates makes me feel that all ta situations are there and the double checking is great.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so easy. It is set up logically and the guidance provided is helpful. No way I could ever go back to filing taxes manually

I have never had issues using turbo tax for several years. The 2025 software crashed when I was almost finished and I had to enter everything again. Very sad...

Every time I ran audit check the desktop version deleted my filing status - I had a domestic partnership and I think that is why - had to skip audit check - total pain ---- my taxes would go from owing to absolute 0 with no taxes owed or paid

I had completed my federal return and clicked to download my state return and TurboTax just shut down and erased all saved files. I then downloaded my state and reentered ALL MY DATA AGAIN. NOT HAPPY.

I live in Virginia and file my State return by mail. However, your app does not make that easy/obvious and your printout says that I filed electronically when I did not... Now I have to look up the mail address myself...
