Some things are hard to search for when trying to determine information. Some portions are not simple to follow in particular if not something just normal.

I have used Turbotax since 1994. This year since I am in California, I have to file CA income tax. Since I have form 4852, I cannot e-file but the software keeps prompting me to use e-file. Please fix this bug.

Turbo tax has always been a fine way to file tax. More recently however, things seem to be slipping as there is too much focus on trying to sell me stuff I don't need and to get me to file my return in online in the cloud!

I use a Mac and none of my desktops worked this year. I had to use a laptop that had the proper operation system Big pain. my desktops have all my past turbotax and records

Had a problem downloading Turbotax. Called the service center and resolved the problem. Talked with Natonya and she solved my problem, She is a super employee.

I called to get help with getting into my Turbo Tax account and Christina was very helpful! She walked me through the entire process. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I like the way it takes you through the process one step at a time.

It's simple easy to follow, it remembers my numbers from last year. It's organized. It's tried and tested. I would recommend it to anyone that makes less than $200K and has an afternoon to file their own taxes.

I found it very annoying that turbo tax did not have a search button for input answers as where can i find my email address or where do i enter Star Credit ..that type assist would be helpful

It's our understanding that Intuit lobbies to maintain the current exaggerated complexity of current tax laws. We hope that Intuit/TurboTax will STOP this. This annual tax filing ordeal is unnecessarily stressful for most Americans, imo.
