Desktop TurboTax says federal and state returns accepted, but text message following day says sign in to federal tax return to finish filing. (Wednesday April 15th 9:27am)

Costs to buy the program. Then multiple fees are required to actually file the taxes. On top of being pushed to pay for more add-ons during the whole experience.

Should have more access to previous year returns. Should try to keep the continue button in one place. Should show basis for estimated tax not just come up with numbers.

I have been a user for many, many years and have always had positive experiences with Turbo Tax .. I find it relatively easy to use and always use the 'lead me through' the process to insure I don't miss anything ...

Wish TT would have kept the interface w/ability to determine used price for donation items given to charities........I liked the old TT 2021/22/23/24. Found it very time consuming w/o.

did not have individual item deduction calculations for donations to places like GoodWill. hand to calculate values for individual items like toys and clothes. Tried to use 2024 calculator but could not open program.

Been using TT about 45 years. Normally, I've found it easy to use. Not this year. This year was by far the worst. I'll try another vendor for my 2026 taxes.

I have been using TurboTax for decades. I am pleased with the ease of use. I am disappointed that ItsDeductable has been discontinued without a replacement.

I have been using TurboTax since 1998 and it has made tax filing so easy for me. This year I had capital gains to report and I couldn't believe how easy it was. Great tax software.
