I've used Turbotax for years for my own taxes and preparing taxes for my parents. I find it easy to use and I absolutely need to have the ability to prepare multiple returns. Our annual taxes are not complex and Turbotax works great.

TurboTax has been my go-to tool for many years. The electronic form downloading and error checking features make it very easy to complete my returns.

I have used Turbotax for many years for filing business, rental properties, partnerships, installment loans to just a simple return. I will continue to use Turbotax.

Each year it becomes more challenging to load software, to understand what information is being requested, to look at and compare old tax forms. Maybe it's time for a new software program

TT prints bank account numbers in the filing instructions, should mask those. TT flags unchecked items in forms in its review - but these were accounted for earlier when "none of these cases apply" was checked.

Turbo Tax 2025 continues to be the tax preparation program I have used for years. It is easy to use and is always the most reliable for having all the up to date information.

For 1099-div tax except dividend only has value to select. it should get percentage (%) to select because document only provided percentage, some option is missing like "US Possessions" etc...

Was not a good year. I have been a TT user since 2002. The import functions were unreliable and inaccurate. The program could not handle a couple of unique tax situations. Overall a disappointing year.
