SYSTEM FROZE SEVERAL TIMES. SYSTEM DID NOT CHECK ALL ACOUNTS AS NON DIGITAL SO I HADTO GO BACK MANUUALLY TO CHECK ALL OF THOSE BOXES TO LABEL THEM NMON DIGITAL.

The only complain was the change in coming up with the value of things under deductibles. I liked the old way. My rating would have been a 4.5. Nothing is perfect.

Easy to follow step by step. Even the complicated parts involving stock sales and a 1099-B went well. E-filing federal and state returns went smoothly. Would highly recommend TurboTax Deluxe!

I was unable to enter my SSA information via the menu. All other areas in the menu worked fine for adding tax information. Had to enter the information for SSA earnings onto the form myself.

The TurboTax interface is easy to use. Great features make it easy to understand. Step by step guidance is very helpful. I feel very comfortable with the accuracy of information collected and provided.

Turbo tax computer type will not let me pay for my e-filing of state taxes. So, I have not been able to file my federal as well as my state. It will not in the payment info section allow me to put my credit information in Turbo tax.

I elected to pay by credit card, there was no option to print. It stated that the app did not support print. It would have been nice to print for my records.

The online payment system stinks!!!! It is so large it takes up all the screen and you cannot press enter at the bottom to submit your online payment information!
