I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and love this product. When I have issues they help desk people are quick to help. Thanks for making taxes easier!

it is an OK software, a bit clunky. been that way for years. also if you have to do anything out of the unusual it is a pain to work with , ie going to forms and adding data

I have been very satisfied with the products for years. However, this time, I was unpleasantly surprised by the processing fee, as I had been before I hit the submit button to e-file. Not cool. This new fee should have been disclosed upfront.

The desktop version is quite good. I trust it. I cannot say the same for the online version. It needs serious work - feels like a beta test not a finished product.

E-file process needs work. Each year it bounces back for same issues even though the program indicates topic has been covered and completed (when in fact it is only partially done).

I have been using this product for several years and like the simple and easy it is to use. i will continue to use it. This product continues to give me the best refund.

This is a fine tax software. I found the features and interface to be user-friendly. I did have some difficulty loading the software onto my machine and needed help. Yet, customer service was knowledgeable. It was me and not the software :)

I have no complicated income, deductions, or credit scenarios. Desktop Turbo Tax is the perfect solution. Easy to use and well documented. And all of my financial data remains with me, not on a corporation data base.

This was one of the worst years for this tax forum. It did not save as I ent along and I had to enter my information at least 4 times and the online version was even worse.

I had a problem with the Federal carry over section. It wasn't letting me fix the problem on the screen. Cat, the help rep figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in just a few minutes. She had a great customer service attitude. She is a keeper!
