Less Human friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.

I use a Mac and none of my desktops worked this year. I had to use a laptop that had the proper operation system Big pain. my desktops have all my past turbotax and records

Could not get program to run after installation on my computer. Had to use a second identical computer to run program. Your support for this problem does not exist,

I am probably the only one I know who can file our own taxes - only because of Turbo-tax. It is invaluable and helps me to understand out taxes also. Ease of fling + better knowledge of what we made and what we owe make this product wonderful

TurboTax Deluxe decided my pension was a 'public' pension, when I gave no such indication. It insisted I tell it what kind of public pension to listed it under.

The software dishonestly adds $45 at closing for an un-explained "Premium" service with no chance of declining that service or even an explanation of what that "Premium" service entails.

It is a nuisance unselecting the extras that Turbo Tax tries to get one to buy into. Get real and quit nickle and dollaring the user. Make the options default to NO I DON"T WANT IT.

I have used Turbo for years. I started out with the on line version and realized almost to the end something was wrong. could not find out how to get back on track so started over with the desk top version and things went well.

Gents: I would like to discontinue working on my federal tax return now as I have further info to input at a later date. How do I get out of Turbo Tax and save all the tax information already entered on my return
