Be careful and read all their buttons. Somehow I clicked one that is charging an extra $40 for someone processing company that was totally unnecessary! Expensive lesson to learn!

Questions in previous years we fell were more clear. These made us think about what is meant an had to do additional research for things that could have been worded better

More detailed information would be helpful especially in the deductions area since you hanged its format. If I had not been using Turbo Tax for years, it would have been a bit confusing to use. The cost for help is expensive.

Turbo Tax pulls information from previous years returns, saving me time as well as no typos. It has been accurate for the 20+ years I have been using it. Just fill in the blanks. I could probably use the free return, but I prefer using the Deluxe.

Good software to use for returns. Very easy to use and efficient in printing and saving. I did not like the option to go through a bank to get refund. I am not sure why it is there.

Turbotax continues to be hard to install on Macintosh, and there were "loops" throughout the interview process. also did not like the persistent ads for the added services eveywhere.

Guidance for RMD is confusing and inaccurate for aggregated RMD from single IRA IRAs that had no RMD distribution do not receive form !099-R TurboTax guidance dent know how to handle this situation

Overall, a good experience. However, we did not like that the calculator to enter pricing for items donated was no longer available. Also, not informed that I needed a Schedule C to go along with my 1099NEC until much later in the process.

Wonky, wonky, wonky. Did not download properly and had to remove and redownload. Retrieved my documents but did not properly show them. Had to enter documents by hand and then delete the dups. One goofy problem after another
