All good except for not having ItsDeductable included on the 2025 version. This deletion was NOT indicated when I purchased this download. If not included (or some other like program) in TT 2026, I may look for another provider.

The program was more "glitchy" this year than in years past. It took multiple tries to correct an error, search function didn't work like it used to and even "Help" was other users finding a work around. Disappointing

I'd like to be able to save a copy of the transmittal form when I submit the e-filed return. It would be very good if I had a record of when that occurred (date & time) if a question comes up about that having been done!

The installation was not easy as the AI agent tried to upsell me to the on-line filing and a more expensive package. It should be easier to just install the desktop version and start my return. Otherwise, the package is great.

This is the 2nd yr in a row where TurboTax (beta?) had an error...not me, Turbotax...that I could only resolve after an hour with a Live Expert. [They were helpful, btw, but I shouldn't have to go there with a routine return.]

Terrible. Glitchy. Shut down once in the middle of working on it. Came up with things to fix and then wouldn't take us back to the part we needed to fix. Would like a refund.

I use a Mac and none of my desktops worked this year. I had to use a laptop that had the proper operation system Big pain. my desktops have all my past turbotax and records

Worked great. Something that would be good for future would be possible recommendations for how to improve your taxes for next years. Ideas to consider to try and reduce next years taxes.

I want my TurboTax to be complete. I had to go into the forms and update. I generated a 6-digit ID Pin code from the IRS, but I do not know where to use it for TurboTax, which has a 5-digit code. What gives.

IMPORTING didn't work well at all for 2025 taxes. It was a Intuit problem, multiple imports with incomplete worksheet data - MANY items had to be fixed in the review. Not what I signed on for (paid for)
