I ON LY GAVE A 4 STAR RATING BECAUSE SOFTWARE FORCED ME TO BUY $45 audit defense, which iI did not want but had to pay for anyway. no option to say no, I did not want that $45 product!

Turbo Tax disappeared when I had completed 90% of the return. I called for help and the representative was professional, helpful and patient as we worked through the problem together.

The changes you made to your program are not good, and I'm tired of the continuing requests to add new services/options (at additional costs) to my tax return as I enter data into the program.

i reported a problem last year with state return and it still isnt fixed. this years edition has a bug where it asks for Canadian pension info even after answering no. you had a year and still cant get it right . turbotax is a joke

NO LONGER PROVIDES A PHYSICAL CD (in case future install, amendment needed). Product price continues to climb. Too much nudging to buy products while using the software.

For the past four years we have used the standard deduction but have had to itemize all our info before we were directed to use the standard deduction. Why can't I just use the standard deduction without gathering all the other information?

I have always used TurboTax desktop and like the ease. As someone with low vision, I find the light blue or yellow boxes with white lettering a challenge to read. Your program is not very user friendly for visually impaired individuals

I have used TurboTax for years and it is a great product. It walks me through the various topics and help me, when it is necessary. I am very happy with it over the years. The Agents are very courteous and knowledgeable.

I trust the accuracy of the product and the features are easy to understand. The online guides are handy and accessible. It would be especially helpful if it were still available on disc for those who do not have internet access.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.
