I have been utilizing Turbo Tax Deluxe for the past 21 years and have experienced an excellent guided tax preparation for our family's taxes! Thank you for making Tax Preparation an easier process!

I have used this product for years and this the first time I have been disappointed. There are too many repetitive questions of the same question. If check no it is changed to yes which I had to keep editing to clear errors.

California state taxes require too much manual entry when the same information is on last year's tax return. Not sure why TT doesn't carry over the state data and require such a manual review and manual entry of data.

Font characters TOO small for a senior that has vision issues. Need a Option on the menu bar to adjust size like Font Size or something and a message that it is available to adjust it.

This year's product isn't nearly as user friendly as previous years. It also has far too many (and very irritating) requests for 'sign up for this' or 'do yo want to purchase additional help' etc.

Had to delete and redo Alabama Tax because of " Alabama non Calander and prior year returns are not eligible for electronic returns ". However, did find my the redo answer online.

Federal Tax Program is fine. North Carolina tax program is incomplete. Does not account for Bailey's exemption in final prepared document. I had to go in and modify (over-ride) attachments to make it work.

Turbo tax has always been a fine way to file tax. More recently however, things seem to be slipping as there is too much focus on trying to sell me stuff I don't need and to get me to file my return in online in the cloud!

Excellent Guidance through the process. The features made it easy and were compatible with Apple Mac. There were no interface concerns, and the accuracy was nice.
