I can't get turbo tax to E-file my taxes. I have been trying and it made it clear I could not claim an energy deduction so I got frustrated and dropped the deduction and it still won't e-file

I checked at the start a K-1 even though no lyinformation was received at the time of filing the return electronically . I was unable to delete the form. It should have been available to delete it on your final last check.

I was blocked in the FEMA screen and I called your live chat the lady that helped me was verry patient and worked with me until the problem was solved. She deserves a 10 rating!

I was unable to enter my SSA information via the menu. All other areas in the menu worked fine for adding tax information. Had to enter the information for SSA earnings onto the form myself.

Your website to manage updates, e-file, and receive feedback is abysmal. It never works. How can an IT service company have such a terrible website. The tax software itself is fine; everything else is crap.

Turbo Tax would not let me efile this time. Tried many time to correct and resubmit. Hence I am mailing both my Federal and State this year. Very Frustrating. I may go to Tax Preparer next year

Some of the forms are longer than my screen and don't support scrolling. I had to re-adjust my Microsoft default screen scaling to get to some of the required buttons. This is a show-stopper for users that can't diagnose this problem.

Too expensive for a download product. For this much money a tax expert should be included. Offer a tax software product designed for seniors, who have largely different tax issues. Also you need to include free state e-filing for one state!

Once I finally got it installed it worked okay. But I feel the software is overpriced and keeps trying to sell me additional services while I am using it.

The accuracy, compatibility, features, guidance and interface as they have been for all the years I have been using TurboTax which is over 25 years. Keep up the great work.
