i have used Turbo Tax for years. This year was a little different as i retired. Worked with my accountant for guidance on some questions as I did not know how to ask the experts. Love Turbo Tax and it is very helpful and accurate.

I only use it because I can import last year's info easily. If I find another way to import, that is cheaper and easy, I WILL. Also, paying an extra $25 dollars to file a State Return is in my mind obscene. Why does it cost so much?

This year did not have itemized deductions for donation like the previous year. This is an item needs to be added to next year Turbo tax to save time.

Harder to use than past years. Not sure where one of my incomes was to be recorded. I thought Social Security was not to be taxed this year but yet I was taxed!

no search anymore. want to file an extension, forget it. i will never use again, i am sure this company could care less. horrible experience all around.

im done!!! ive used TT for years but this was my last. evidently the .tax file upload wasn't right from last year so im fighting rejections. IM DONE!!! tax time is stressful enough.

I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years and I'm very satisfied with the product. However, I am very dissatisfied with your abusive advertising policies. I get numerous emails every day and I must view the ad to delete it.

Had to enter and re-enter data from last year's return, even though last year's return was uploaded and used for this year. Some of the instructions were vague.

this is not working. i can't efile. I bought this software so I can efile and I'm being nickeled and dimed but I can't even submit it yet. They keep on updating things. It let me pay for submission but wouldn't let me submit.
