It's an scam took 45 dollars more from me for an Audit I did not want but the software did not allow me to cancel. It did not go through without paying 45 dollars I want a refud of the 45 dollars

The documentation on the $40 transaction fee is VERY confusing and may be costing you customers next year. It is difficult to understand that we only need to pay with credit card (for state file) to avoid this EXTREEME high cost transaction fee.

TurboTax did not file my Federal return when first done due to a "glitch" in their program at the time (according to their tech). When he "helped" fix the problem and resubmit my forms, IRS denied it again. I don't know how I'm going to file now.

Could not down load my financial records, had to manually input them. work in 2024 turbot tax. Big disappointment!!!!. Why did you change. very poor on your part. Hope you fix it for 2026

Easy to follow step by step process giving an accurate and complete return with minimum effort. Integration with State Tax return was additionally helpful this year. Used the product since it was Mac N Tax and wouldn't use anything else.

Had a problem downloading Turbotax. Called the service center and resolved the problem. Talked with Natonya and she solved my problem, She is a super employee.

Easy to download and have information from previous year entered. I had trouble at times with updates not loading and had to restart pc. Currently in a state different than my state of residence so getting tax help can be difficult.

Go caught up in a loop with an AZ resident and NC non-resident state returns. Locked up federal also so nothing could be submitted. I followed directions as well as trying different options and nothing worked. Already paid for NC e-file feel.

Today was better than yesterday (did Mom's return) but if this is your new AI led service go back to the old way. At least today the system did not get stuck on questions and not move forward. Still felt glitchy.

I have been using this tax program before it was TURBO TAX. Many years. It has served me well. HOWEVER, the 2025 Return TURBO TAX changed from last year a provide a little confusion and more thought to complete this year. THANK YOU
