I used the online version for years and was very happy with it, I will not be purchasing the desktop version again, it kept getting caught up the final review before actually filing

Not as good as it used to be, more difficult, too many nag screens asking for more money, It seems to have misleading info without any way to clarify. Have used them for many years, but may switch next year

It walks you through everything easily and even explains something if you have a question. Also love that it imports data from the previous year, so you don't have to type in all that information.

everything was great until I got to NYS forms -- There was a problem in handling the 1099-B that I could fix in the form. The software should have looked at both the Federal and State Gross amount, not just the state Gross amount.

The question regarding digital assets was difficult to navigate. I eventually had to go to my financial advisor who knew where the underlying worksheet was found & was able to correct it. This issue caused frustration & a delay in filing.

I elected to pay by credit card, there was no option to print. It stated that the app did not support print. It would have been nice to print for my records.

I find the current program very confusing. The previous version was much easier to follow and input data. After Turbo changed the design, it made it a lot harder to follow. I suggest going back to the previous version.

Guidance is excellent and Accuracy seems spot on...easy enough for simple taxes, but in-depth enough for someone who need serious guidance on the tougher filings

I used on-line premier filing this year. It does not generate estimated tax payment vouchers! Very disappointing! It also does not carry over to desk top file so I guess it's not compatible.

Today was better than yesterday (did Mom's return) but if this is your new AI led service go back to the old way. At least today the system did not get stuck on questions and not move forward. Still felt glitchy.
